How would you find a sincere and honest guide or group leader. It is not necessary the guide or the group leader must has his own travel agency. Some companies offer you a complete hajj package, which includes, transportation, air fair, meals, medical assistance and other islamic obligations which cost money plus their own fee for the services they provide. There is no such word like Help in this package since help literally means to assist with no wages. If I am taking any group of people with me and direct all the individuals to buy their own cheapest air tickets and provide them a list of cheap flights, list of cheap hotels, give them the directions and assistance without charging any fee, this is the help and here not only I am performing my hajj but also pleasing Allah subhana ta'ala and reaping a fruitful award. Greed is the element of humankind. Some groups are more greedy than others and with desire to please themselves and to make money in one single trip for the whole year and shamefully still claiming they are helping. Allah subhana ta'ala is watching.

This commercial is originated in America and the company is also in America. What can you expect? It is just like any Pakistani or muslim restaurant advertising "We serve halal food" and maintaining a separate section of beer or alcohol Or I eat a fish burger at Mcdonald's thinking it is halal when the fish is fried in the same pan where the bacon or pork is fried absorbing the pork fat into the fish. The truth is, there are millions of muslims do not know these things and doing this unknowingly. May Allah subhana ta'ala guide them and forgive them.
